FINALLY someone that knows NOT to wash mushrooms so they don’t end up all soggy and tasteless good thing is you can use a brush to brush of the dirt of mushrooms or a wet towel as you showed I’m glad you put awareness to this 😂

You forgot to mention to boil away excess water that comes out of the mushrooms first before adding stuff like butter. Otherwise you have the potential of the butter burning.

We really on want to cook (on medium) until the mushrooms are browned. They should not release much water if they have enough room in the pan.
