My story : I stumbled upon sweet potatoes after eating trash for a long time. My poor diet lead me to develop acute gastritis (inflamation of the stomach lining).My doctor recommended that I switch my diet and include less red meat and more veggies such as sweet potatoes and instead of red meat eat chicken and fish to manage my semi protruding belly.
