This is a simple ratio on how to cook white rice on the stove. It is the 1, 2,3. 1 cup of rice, 2 cups of water equals 3 cups of cooked rice.
Cook the rice over low heat for 16-18 minutes. Once the rice has absorbed the water, fluff it up with a fork.
