i love how they're literally like each other's wingman, like "you can get these foam rollers anywhere", "yep, anywhere!", "i think they do them with different textures", "yeah different textures yeah" it's really sweet :) you like finish each other's sentences
Oh I see, you’re another physical therapist that didn’t make it into chiropractic college… Learn proper spinal mechanics and corrective protocols… Then apply for chiropractic college So you’re actually useful
I ❤ Bob & Brad! I am so grateful to have found your channel being a 34yr old male with not only Myelopathy but also Cervical stenosis I have utilized tips from you guys and I love the work you do! Thank you!
+physicaltherapyvideo I think it's great as well. This is the first video of your's I've seen and I laughed out loud. Hope the rest of the video is just as good.
Thanks you guys. I was freaking out today because my back was super sore and I just needed to put the mid of my back and this did the trick. You said Christmas Eve!!!!
Same 8th period I have science and the chairs are just like the one in the video just the color is light blue and everybody always cracks there back during class
I’ve had 18 back surgeries, 2 knee surgeries and 2 neck surgeries. I still have rods and plates in my neck. I’ve only been watching you guys for a few weeks. I’m glad I saw y’all on here. Your videos have helped me tremendously. Thank you 🙏
I started coming to their videos because of the exercises and now I come here, not to practice any exercise, but to laugh at these two! They're hilarious! LOL 😂
These two are good enough that i don't have to actually pay attention to what they are saying. Just reading the comments about the intro and that wheezing laugh in the end😂😂 im actually doing what they're demonstrating, im just here to validate myself that im not gonna have any bone issues in the future😊
You two are so helpful and inspiring! I mentioned you to my chiropractor and he knew who you were and he tells his patients about your exercises! You both are too cute and helpful! Thank you!
I can see why physical therapists are not legally allowed to give chiropractic adjustments. What you demonstrated are stretches, not adjustments. You also demonstrated you know nothing about chiropractic. An adjustment has a precise use of force that restores the nerve flow and range of motion of the joint. You're doing nothing to stabilize the spine. If anything this video may cause someone who has a serious spinal to postpone going to a chiropractor and getting a long lasting, positive result. I challenge you to be more scientific on your next video and show before and after changes in posture, range of motion and x-ray with your cracking stretches. You won't because you can't. Only chiropractic can do that.
I am going to buy a foam roller, I know that will feel great for me. Hard floor works fine and can do a couple of adjustments, but the roller will go further up near my neck when I need it, and get smooth pressure all along my spine. THANK YOU for the tips and stretches, my back feels better just watching this!
This is not a good exercise to practice. Keep in mind that "cracking" your back or neck will almost always give instant relief as this is a neurological positive side effect moving vertebrae within the spinal column. This however is not indicative of a successful adjustment. Pain can commonly be generated by a lack of movement in a section of the spine, such as two vertebrae fixated upon one another. When this occurs the vertebrae surrounding the fixated segment will become hyper-mobile in a attempt to restore normal movement to your spine. These hyper-mobile segments are the path of least resistance. When performing a non-specific spinal manipulation such as the one in this video, these hyper-mobile segments will be the ones that move producing the cavitation (cracking noise). This will further mobilize these segments making the fixated segment even less likely to heal. There are many other reasons why this is a bad idea as well such as putting yourself at risk of nerve impingement and or disk injury to name a few. Your spine houses your spinal cord and gives support to your entire body, if you have a problem do not treat your self as a science experiment trying random online videos, get help from a professional.
