It's the first time I ever got to see an item from base to completion with "settling for" included as well. This was an excellent watch for someone like myself who only has 600hrs in the game and has only ever sniffed a mirror shard (once) thanks to my ships. I look forward to more videos!
Really like the step by step explanations as well as why you chose certain steps and alternatives. I find most guides usually just give the steps without much wiggle room for alternate situations or bad things to look out for.
As a RF player this is an amazing vid. Thank you and please do more or of this. Its nice, concise and easy to understand even for craft noobies like me.
Hey JITP! This series has been a tremendous help in terms of crafting which was something I was super scared of. Really interesting and definitely unique!
Great content, format, and amazing explanation, straight to the point, clear steps. It’s just amazing. For people like me who has never dive into crafting, makes it less difficult. Ty. Pd. Would you mind to do shorts, or a dog vid were you show how to craft the equipment for Slayer LS. Thanks again :)
Been following your channel since back in the League days, cannot tell you how stoked I am to see you producing POE content now! Binged a bunch of your shorts too, solid work and keep pumping out the content.
No one does thos kind of series where it's only crafting or whatever you plan is for content creation, but I loved how you did ths editing! and I found you from youtube shorts and loved that aswell!
The best crafting video I watched so far, steps, timestamps all very helpfull, the only thing you could add is the best place to use it for (for examplespecific build type) but its not necessary :) Ow and you can add a link with item ready to be copied to pob for testing :)
Great video! I didn't know about the skele block on the veiled orb and ended up trying 14 times before I got +2. Luckily, that was earlier in league when the orbs were only 8div each rather than now when they are 14.
Super helpful! Maybe in the future, explain what to craft and how to annul off the wrong veil mod you can hit without bricking the helm and restarting :)
Thanks for the video and the step by step. It'd be nice to have a longer form that shows early mapping helm craft with easy sub divine options and then work up to big boy mult div craft. All in all, I learned a bunch. :D TYHF >.
not sure which is better, but rather than do the reforged prefixes, you can exalt slam. Do that twice and see what you get. If no good, do the prefixes craft, scoure and repeat exalt spam etc. THis way you don't risk blocking your prefixes and you have a 1/16 per exalt slam.
While this lays out the process nicely, it lacks quite a critical part, which is - probabilities. You can either mention, that on average this craft costs for example 80 divines, or ideally use craftofexile Simulator, to simulate the whole process. That in the end gives you an average final craft cost. Knowing how much the craft costs is essential in a how-to-craft video. If I am a player willing to craft this helmet, how much money do I need? Other than that, I feel like the video is great.
@@Jumpthepack You could do it with an Awakener's Orb since the 30% mana reservation is also a Hunter mod. So a Shaper with 5% recover life and a 30% mana reservation Hunter shield works fine.
I didn't really want to isolate the craft to the 1% (though, to be honest, it almost gets to that point by the end). You can elevate if you want, but it does add even more steps where the craft could go sideways.
Is it even worth to go for this craft without the +2 aoe from veiled orb? it kinda forces you to use fire trap instead of RF in the helmet, but if you use RF in the armour, you are losing out on valuable armour implicits
Before spending tons of money on crafting Atchdemon crown, check prices first. U may spend 3-4 times more than actually buying crafted helmet. I am done with the league, so I am trying different crafts with divines I still have, spent around 80 div on this craft and it is not worth it if u craft for profit. U can easily lose a lot of currency. Too many rng points here.
I agree on this helmet not being a profit craft. This is mostly for people looking to self craft a helmet for their build. With that being said, you CAN create a profitable craft using this method if things fall your way.
@@Jumpthepack it's definitely out of the realm of the average player, but I thought it was a great guide. I made 3 mirrors from your flicker glove guide so I'd say crafting for profit works
