Ciao Giuliano, great guide and layout. I've the same point of Vishvajeet : kindly submit a new JSON with wider GANTT bar, at least one year before and one year the current one. Thanks a lot in advance.

Hi, this is a good guide but how would you modify the JSON to account for tasks that have start date in the previous year and end date this year?

I need the same. I tried to modify Left: with + '365' but seams that it does not read the year properly from my time format 01/01/2024

The same as some others, I managed to get the gantt chart added but it doesn't display date bars. My date format is UK (dd/mm/yyyy) but I've also tried the US format (mm/dd/yyyy) and still no joy. Has anyone figured this out?

Hi, I don't know exactly what is going on, but it worked for me. I replicated Giuliano's exercise on a new list and it worked, then from there I added new columns and modified their ordering according to what I required and no functionality was lost.

I have followed the instructions and the Gantt column does not update with the graph. I replaced the "Start" and "End" names in the JSON file to match my names "PO Date" and "Due Date (Install)" and I cannot get the preview to show anything in the Gantt column? For this code to work, does the Gantt column need to be directly next to the Start and End columns as shown in the video?

Nice tool; thanks to all involved. I tried it and apparently it's just a 'view' as it says; no dependency function or linking to tasks. I was looking for a free gantt option for our team without paying for Planner or others.

I wonder if it is possible to have multiple dates pers line, like the appointment date and then the construction period.

In my case, the bar is not being displayed, but instead, there is an empty space, even though everything has been executed as it should. I am currently attempting to create a Gantt view on a SharePoint list, and I came across this video and, consequently, this code that you demonstrated. Can anyone help me out ?

Hi, I am wondering if it's possible to place multiple dates for 1 activity? Ex: if the activity occurs more than once in a year, I would want to display from november to december, may to june and then August to September all on the same gantt. I was able to add more dates, for one activity but it basically just added another gantt under the first one. Thanks

@@DeLucaGiulian I am having the same issue and I am not familiar with coding this correctly. I am assuming that this is the part that is causing the error for North American time format?
