I have watched all the videos you uploaded on your channel. The video about linking the three financial statements was amazing, and the Excel sheet you shared with me has been very helpful and much appreciated. Cash flows are becoming quite difficult for me to understand. In my view, if you could make a detailed video on cash flows, it would be very helpful. For example, explain how a non-current liability converted to a short-term liability on its maturity date affects the financial statements. Also, cover how investing activities are affected when a property is purchased, depreciated, and then sold. Please include details on how to account for half payment received in cash and any gain or loss from the sale.
