You can just export that selected clip as frames/jpg/tiff in one go. They will be numbered. You can also import the frames back and tell your editing software how long a new still on your timeline should last (in this case 2 frames). Select all frames, place them in the timeline and they will be in order.

I live in a small Russian village and shoot, but thanks to RU-vid's algorithms, I manage to find channels that still have very few subscribers, but they are much more informative than channels with millions of subs. Bro, I hope you find your audience and be heard

Glad it helps! I'm sure there are other methods, or better ones out there, this is just mine. Something I learned as well. It matters more on what type of look you go for, then, your method, though. So you can't really ever be wrong in this, which is kind of a nice thing.
It was super tedious. And took a lot longer than I expected. To make this video that is; but definitely is cool and I think worth it. Maybe just on shots that are a bit closer and have less variation in them.
