How to create custom applique patches 

I found this video while looking for cross stitch patterns for plastic canvas. My mama got a machine like that. It’s nice to see our crafts cross. Thank you for that, even if it wasn’t the intent of ur video. Mom says, “There’s good money in digitizing,” but I can’t even thread a machine. She’s sneaky too cause she’ll offer me food to get me over there, say POT roast, and before ya know it I’m lint rolling threads off the floor and cutting stabilizer off the fortieth Bluey feltie. At least he’s kinda square.

If you want to add adhesive to the back, does the badgemaster accept the adhesive?

hello , what is that first roll that you did not explain fully, before you mentioned the vinyl and twill?

i was looking at this machine and also wanted to make patch, where do you get that clear sheet you put on your hoop? i currently have a single needle one and wanted to experiment and see if that's something i want to get into.

Hi Josh, the only question is how did you get to this point in the patch making process? Do you have a video on this?

However I dont like how the spray adhesive builds up on the needles and causes fray breaks. I had to clean my needles after several runs.

What kind of vinyl did you use?

Do you glue the vinyl to the twill?

What kind of vinyl are you using? Would Siser vinyl work?

What is the purpose of the vinyl? Is it HTV or regular vinyl. Do you remove the backing from the vinyl before putting under heat press? What is the backing you used? Is it under the twill or between the twill and the vinyl? I’m more confused now than before I viewed the video.
