where can i get your feathering razor?

For men's haircut, does the hairdresser have to do hairwash before cutting ? Is this a compulsory ?

I Agree on the technique but also diss agree....I would not go as close to the scalp u can acheve the same results or better by leaving about a half inch between the scalp and shortest piece !!!
