Beautifully Done. Hi i was just a bit confused, could you tell me or do a video off how you buy clipart, like you do Paper Planners, and use it to make full boxes and other styles with them. Bot just buying the clipart and selling them as digital but using them differently. Then when you have all this done, for digital stickers for goodnotes, what do we save it as... i see alot of people on etsy do a PDF and a PNG. Thank you.

I am new, I have been saving PNG, does it have to be SVG? For PNG i used size 2 so its not blurring on cricut but will it be too big of a file?

If I make a digital planner and download in pdf that means I won't be able to reuse as stickers in notability? I'm confuse on how the file transfers to good notes or noatbility. Is it better to make a planner with the last sheet with stickers?

How do u get the cut marks around each individual sticker. The person who purchases this will just have to cut out rectangle shapes for each sticker?

If you have a Cricut or Silhouette, then you can create the kiss cut lines around the image. Others will have to cut the stickers out by hand.

Thanks for the video! Something that I’m not quite understanding is how do the customers actually use the stickers? Once they purchase the sticker set on Etsy or their respective platform, how do they actually use it? By printing it or are they able to open the digital sticker set and transfer the sticker to their digital planner/calendar/etc?

Hello. Some people would just print the stickers out on sticker paper and cut them out by hand. You can upload the file into programs such as Cricut or Silhouette to cut them for you. However, I know others have uploaded printable stickers into Goodnotes and use them as digital stickers.

What size should your stickers be - How do you know how big to make them? Also, is it better to do sheets of stickers or single stickers?

In Canva, if you place the mouse on the image and right click, then you can actually minimize or maximize the image and it will show you the size of that image. As far as doing sticker sheets versus single stickers, that will depend on your preference and whether or not you will be selling the stickers. Most people like the sticker sheets because they can keep their stickers in one place. Thanks for watching.

Great video. I'm new to making digital products. Questions: if I sell it as svg, they can import to their cutting machine and cut? Is there an offset so the machine knows how to cut? Also if I create a link, is it my actual file that gets changed? How would that benefit me or customer?

1. When it comes to SVG files, I will practice trial and error before selling a product. I have the Silhouette Business Edition as well as a Cricut. I will upload each project into each design space to ensure that it works. If not, I will make the necessary changes. 2. Each design space has its own technique that will allow you to offset, kiss-cut… the product. 3. In Canva, it will give you instructions on how to create a link for your customers to be able to edit a template without it affecting the original design. Thank you for watching❤️

I thought digital products I purchased can not be sold as digital products. The licenses are so confusing to me. I use them on print on demand but would like to sell digitals too.

The products that I purchased allows one to use and sell products as long as you are not selling them in the same format as you purchased them. A lot of my stickers are a mixture of stickers I have purchased and not from the same creator. I try to find images in the SVG format that I can alter the image or change the colors. You have to read the commercial license for complete details.

I downloaded a pdf and try to upload it to Etsy and it says it doesn't accept pdf format. How did u upload it to Etsy with a pdf format?

Etsy does accept PDF formats. Make sure in the third box in the about the listing you scroll down and click on 2020-2022 and not the made to order option. Also, files have to be under a certain file size as well. I hope this helps.

1. Are you working with images in Canva or did you upload a image into Canva to edit? Anything that you create and edit in Canva can be downloaded into a PDF file. Can you give me more details about the problem you are having?

@@chicfaithinspire Hi. I was able to figure out. It appears to be that when you download a pdf from PowerPoint Mac version, the inside document hyperlinks won’t transfer. I had to use a Windows computer to do so.

Hello. I purchased my images from sites that allow you to use the art in various medias forms. Typically, they come with a commercial license that detail how the images can me used. You cannot resell it in its original form. However, I can use the original image on a journal and sell it that way.

@@sweetyclayart I'm not sure if we're talking about the same. I design my stickers and then sell the digital files for people to use them in their digital planners. (but not to resell my design out to others, I am not giving them a license to sell my design)

I created a sheet and I am still scared to download them because I don’t want to mess up what I already made. I would like this to be a sticker sheet that can be printed and cut (with the outline) and but can also used as planner stickers if someone downloads it and wants to use it that way. I do have Canva pro and I saw in the video the option to download as png I’m just nervous I will do it incorrectly.

It has always been trial and error. It definitely frustrated me at the beginning. Cricut Designs Space is different from Silhouette. I was make a cheat sheet to help me remember my steps throughout the process. It has help a lot. In Canva, I never alter the original file. I would always make a copy and play around with it.

Thank you for watching. I have a paid subscription with Canva. Many of the images I can use in my products. Please read Canva's commercial license use policies that provides the details has to how the images can be used. Many of the images that I upload into Canva are images I have purchased from third party websites and have commercial use license for them.

How can you know how big your stickers are?

Once you click on the image, a box will appear around the image. You can can see the H and W of the image as you are either shrinking or enlarging the image. Thank you for watching.

As long as the image is saved in the correct format, you can upload your drawings into Canva in order to create stickers sheets. You do not have to use what is offered in Canva. Many of the images I have used in my projects have been ones in which I have uploaded into Canva.

@@saralove181 If you choose to pay for the monthly membership, then 1000s of files are free. Some can be purchased for a small price. The files come with a commercial license as well. However, you can choose to purchase files with a membership.
