I have a service business where we install or restore and customize wood flooring with custom metal inlays and different things. I feel like this campaign is perfect because as I complete projects and gather content I can continually update the ad sets with new video or images. Thanks ben. I stopped using facebook ads a few months ago. It's too hard to keep up with changes, but I'll give this a go.

This is Diamond!! 1. This omnipresent campaign would create awareness, warm audience, and also generate conversion but needs a time 2. Alongside, run a conversion campaign with larger targeting to generate fast conversion (it helps to recover budget for omnipresent strategy) after period of time from this 10 ads omnipresent strategy and conversion campaign running, we'll get new warm audience that aware of what we do & new buyers (lead/purchase/etc). Imagine the next step we create retargeting conversion campaign with new warm audience from omnipresent strategy and lookalike from the people that convert before! CPR should be really dropped down!! 😍

The end result as you said would be 2 ads being shown to each person per day for 10 days. But thats not always the case with this setup. If you set freq cap at 1 impression every 5 days and you have 10 adsets with 1 ad each, fb could very wel be showing 10 ads to 1 person on day 1 and then repea the same on day 6, and having no impressions being shown from day 2 to 5 and still comply with what you asked for (1 impression every 5 days per adset).

Genius! Just 2 questions: Do we run all Ad Sets / Ads at the same time? or should we do Value then demo then testimonial then CTA, and retarget audience from each step for the next ?

Why not have one piece of content that gets massive composure, and have the other 9 set up as retargeting ads so that we KNOW for sure that it’s always the same people seeing the omnipresent content - rather than risk reaching strangers a big percentage of time? Great videos !

Inspired a lot from this video. Thank you! But I still have some questions that confused me a lot. 1. If I set a campaign just as you said, how can it make sure that 2 different ads will show each day on a 5 day rolling cycle? Is it a confirmed result after your test? Because I have seen your answer that Facebook puts its own limits on how often ads from one advertiser can be shown to people in a short time period. 2. Should I put 10 different ads on 10 ad sets? 3. How often should I update my creatives?

Wow this is gold. Most people tend to go straight for the conversion campaign however with rising costs, a reach campaign with the breakdown of the ads you recommend is a great way of reaching more of your target audience and really warming them up. This is totally a must. Plus... this campaign set up gives you a lot of ways to retarget your audiences. Great stuff!

You still need to run a purchase campaign alongside. This is great for high budget advertisers with big ticket products. Interesting Ben mentions this only near end of video... that this method is great for high ticket products.

@@wikibi500 I mean ideally you are always running a conversion campaign. They tend to work better with warm traffic anyway. I've had great success implementing a version of this retargeting to a $27 front end offer. The AOV of the entire funnel is about $76

Wouldn't the 10 different ad sets compete against each other? I like the strategy and it makes sense, just for that one minor potential oversite.

Overlap as a Facebook ads issue is way overblown. There are thousands of ad sets across hundreds+ campaigns trying to reach the same users you are. A few extra ad sets in your campaign is not going to make a difference.

Great content, thank you so much. Please Facebook posted this message on my adset level even when I did broad targeting: You likely won’t spend the entire budget for this ad set because your audience is too small. Increase the size of your audience to help your ads get more conversions. You can do this by adjusting certain targeting criteria such as locations or detailed targeting. If you’re using a Custom Audience or a lookalike audience, check to see whether these audiences are overlapping. Consider consolidating ad sets with similar audiences. Please what do I do?

Thanks for providing unbelievably amazing content in all your youtube videos. Quick feedback, all those prop pictures in your video are totally not required and are kinda annoying. Hi there Ben, love all your videos. For your ideal CBO setup I believe you like to do 1 campaign with these adsets: 1 warm, 2 lookalike, and 2 cold-targeted. With that if one of the cold doesn't do well, it seems you swap it out for another targeted adset. My question is why not 3 or 4+ cold targeted adsets from the start? As CBO will optimize whichever is best performing anyway?

Hey Ben! Absolutely love your videos and work. My question are about AD FATIGUE and SUCCESS MEASUREMENT? In this format, what are the key indicators that you look for what yours ads are starting to fatigue? Is it an increase in CPM or a decrease in engagement rate, or drop off in conversions (even though it is a reach is the objective)? Secondarily, what do you measure the success of your campaigns on? For example if you were looking at increasing purchases, would you measure success against the campaign omnipresent campaign OR try to measure incremental increase in purchases at an ad account level? Very usefull! You are a star! is there any way to change the frequency cap once the campaign's been published without to duplicate the ad set? and if not, will the new duplicate ad set go into learning phase from scratch? let's say I started with 10 ads - 1 every 5 days and now I want to increate to 14 ads - 1 every 7 days

Bro but you set frequency cap on Ad set level so how Facebook wont do that? I think its bs..when u have cap set up on 10 ad sets for 1/5 it will show 10 ads in one day and for next 4 days it will not show ads.. am i wrong?

Hi Ben, I don't understand how this setup guarantees that the same person sees 2 different ads a day for five days. Who says FB is not displaying all the 10 ads in the same day and then not showing anything for the next four days? In other words, how do you make sure that the 10 ads are displayed in a ratio of 2 ads per day? And how do you make sure that all the 10 ads are displayed to the same person? Thank you! 😃

Like most things in marketing - there are no guarantees and this system doesn't guarantee that. But it will work out close to that set up on average. That's what matters.

THis video seemed so straight to the point but then i feel like i've missed something. So, duplicate adsets 10x. But is it then the same ads in each adset?? I get where you talk through the 4 categories of ads but unsure whether it's the same ads in each ad set....(and how many in total)

Hello Ben, Can you say the exact selection of campaigns object and optimization for the new Facebook structure? One other question, you say is better use "alredy warm audience" like web site visitors, etc. But if we do this we don't stop the acquisition of new cold audience? For example for services that sell only 1 time it is need all time new audience.

Yes we usually do - if it's a cold audience then we will often delay the CTA ads a week or so. But if it's a warm audience, we go live with everything :)

How the 2 campaigns ( reach and conversions) are connected to each other? I am assuming you save the audience for reach and use a conversion campaign to do retargeting?

You will have to set up one more campaign as a traffic objective to get the website visitor audiences. Reach campaign would not give you more landing page views but only unique reach. If you want to go directly from reach to conversion then use video assets in reach and then target the video viewers in your conversion campaign

Ben, i am somehow confused on the audience size for the reach campaign. if for example my conversion campaign audience is a LLA 1% customer list, it is by default around 2.3 million as size in US. if the reach campaign is just below 100K on your video, i would just show the omnipresence campaign to only 5% of the LLA audience. Shouldn't these 2 audience, the reach and the conversion match in sizes?

Avoid using messages objectives, they’re useless. given data privacy issues, the conversions are terrible (at least by my end)

Hey Ben. Thanks for this video. But I have a few questions. 1) While duplicating the ad sets, can we put all our audiences combined together (Email list, lead generation form, instagram & Facebook visitors) in a single ad set or should we use them in 10 different ad sets? 2) Can we change Detailed targeting options (Interests, behaviours) for 10 different ad sets or should we stick on to same options across ad sets? 3) Instead of detailed targeting is it ok if we can have LAL as an option? If so can we have different LAL for 10 different ad sets?

1) Yes while duplicating you have to add all your audience in single ad set then run 6 different ads from it. 2) When you don't have custom audience then you can do detailed targeting for more traffic but don't do 10 different as set it will be hard for try to do 2-3 different ad set with different detailed targeting then see which is working for you. Increase the budget of working ad set and decrease the budget of not working adset

having trouble attaining the 50k audience size... with any option i choose its over 10 million, and if i narrow it even once it drops below 1000? anyone know what i'm doing wrong? detailed targeting is a bit tricky what's the difference between selecting multiple options at once vs. clicking the narrow funtion between each selection?

What are you thoughts on using the brand awareness objective instead of reach, for this campaign? Reach will optimize for the lowest cpm, which may also be the lowest quality audience. Whereas brand awareness will optimize for brand recall, which seems like it aligns more with the goal of this campaign, right?

In the new campaign objective menu they have combined both of those into Awareness. And the truth is that they operate very similarly.

Hi Ben! Firstly, thank you so much for all of your videos, you seem to be the only one who has relevant content pertaining to Meta related platforms of late! 😂 Secondly, I know you focus more on FB related ads, but I would really like to grow on IG (even amongst the whole “everyone is switching to TikTok now saga”). I have my own brand and I am currently starting out and in my ‘pre-launch’ phase. I know my products are good and that people will like them but I just want to get them in front of the right people and I plan on doing more ads to get that audience increased . My point, could you possibly make a new video about how to run IG campaigns through FB Ads Manager ton increase audience, with all of the new changes I wonder if the old ‘look alike’ audience thing still works. Thanks for your time, I really appreciate it and what you do!

Hi Ben, Thanks again for this new perspective that I will try right away. - A question: Can I put this campaign in off mode every 2 weeks for example? (2 weeks ON - 2 weeks OFF). quick question about the $1000 ticket item. Should this item be marketed in on of the 10 of the ads? or how do you promote the $1000 item when most of your items are $100 or less. (ill be making a bundle)

Surely it makes sense to have the same audience, as having 10 different detailed targets would mean they are only seeing the one creative/one copy..,.right?

Hi Michael, I don't use the typical TOF, MOF, BOF structure. If would usually run an Omnipresent content campaign (is appropriate for the offer) and perhaps a Direct To Offer campaign alongside it. Yes you will certainly need to spend more if you want to reach a higher proportion of your target audience. What that number is will massively depend on your typical CPMs.

Sorry I missed this reply Michael. Direct to Offer is sent to both warm and cold audiences, with the majority of the budget being spent on cold audiences. To build an audience for omnipresence we would often use the Lead Magnet strategy though - you can then take those opt ins. But as stated you can also use other warm audiences.

You are very welcome. You can track conversions in ad account as you are sending people to take specific actions with your CTA ads. You can also use UTMs

Hey! I've been watching for a long time and I'm grateful for all the great content you put out, but I'm not in love with the style of your latest RU-vid videos. They feel awkward, kinda like outside of your usual Tone of Voice. It makes it harder for me to share your awesome content because by writing videos that feel "less professional" (you know what I mean), you kinda come off to me as less of an authority in the industry. These last few videos make me feel mildly entertained, and that's ok, but your usual videos made me feel like I was having a free consultancy session with you and you were taking the time to properly explain things, without even editing out the thoughtful pauses in your monologue. I hope I'm not coming off as too negative! I just kinda want my favorite FB Ads channel back...

So, you said that each of those 10 ad sets will get a frequency limit of 1 impression every 5 days. But that would mean, that it could also happen that someone sees all of the 10 ads on one day and afterwards sees nothing for the next 4 days, doesn't it? 🤔

No, one person will only see your ad once in every 5 days. Thats how the frequency cap on Facebook works
