Just noting, at 2:15 you note you leave the top square, move participants to rooms automatically, unchecked... but that function doesnt do what you say it does. You say it says it creates rooms automatically, which is incorrect. It does not say that. When you tick that box, it forces all users to enter into their breakroom rooms automatically, as soon as you open the breakout rooms, whether they click the “join breakout room” button or not. It prevents the issue you describe at 3:55 of people who don’t click on the button from staying in the main room, it forces them into their breakout room automatically without having to click the pop up. It doesnt matter whether you have randomized rooms, assigned rooms, or preassigned rooms, ticking that box forces all users into whatever breakout room scenario you have created (its great for kids and others new to zoom). I assume you have figured this out since the time of when you made the video, but it is important to note the inaccuracy for anyone else wondering. But thank you for making the video. I got some other tips needed!

QUESTION:Can you transfer a whiteboard assignment into a breakout room? Great lesson!

Hi - Just wanted to point out something. I did the same as you where I left the top option box (move all participants into breakout groups automatically), unchecked because I also wanted to manually create my groups BUT that's actually not what that box does. When you decide to open all of the rooms, it puts them all in (to your assigned rooms) without them having to click on a dialog box to get there. This is definitely good for little ones. I had a few not make it to their breakout group.

I would like her to be in a separate breakout room with her own group of students. Do I assign the co-host the same way as I would the students? Also, is there a way to automatically send students without them having to click on the invite?
