Hi Crystal, I've made that men's sweater for my son in law. He's a Redskins fan so I made the main body on burgundy and he wanted the sleeves yellow and also he wanted a good added. It came out great. How do I send you a picture?

Hi Crystal, if you kept this poncho for yourself, perhaps you could have a shorter man or male teenager model it and edit it into a side by side thumbnail and add unisex to the title. I thought of this when you said you had a man's poncho during your live stream video (that I missed but caught the recording) I noticed on Facebook that there are a few people who have made it for boys or men. Then you could also add the video to your men's playlist. Also, I was shocked when I saw someone use different colors and turn your #421 hooded poncho into a man's poncho. While your fans have come up with these ideas on their own, others looking for a pattern might only seek mens or boys in their RU-vid search and by adding these to men's playlist as well as women's might make it easier.

I made this in the royal and black scarfie yarn. I was making it for myself but I gave it as a Christmas present to my father in laws wife. The family was stunned that I made it. I told them I followed Crystals tutorial to do it. What a coincidence her daughters name is Crystal too. She was thrilled. Now I gotta make another one for me. 8-D

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this poncho...the colours in the yarn are stunning!! This is now the next project on the list, after I finish my Bohemian Nights poncho :)) I think I might do this in a really light, soft summery yarn...it'll be so pretty!! (we're coming into spring/summer, upside down, on the other side of the Pacific) ;)) A little tip for beading...I used to do a lot of bead work, before my eyes started to object to all the close up work :/ I found that sometimes putting a small "locking" bead (larger enough to take the thread, but small enough to not be completely swallowed by the large bead or a "bell-cap") on the end of the run, then weaving the thread over/around the smaller one and then back up through the big beads, tying off above the top bead, and then weaving thread into the chain helps to keep the beads from slipping over the knots :))
