So I figured out the rest of the Instructions: by the start of step 7 you should have 36 stitches on the outer perimeter, this is really important. Step 7 onward differs because it has stitch by stitch instructions instead of a repeating pattern. This means that upon starting you're going to do 10x stitches. Then (v, 4x) one increase and 4 stitches, but do this again 2 more times. After that do one v increase and then 10x stitches.

Has made 5 sets of rose petals using aunt Lydia size 3 thread and as well as size 10 thread. I still find this the best rose tutorial out there. You've made this so easy to follow. I’ve been crocheting about 2 weeks and I’m still new to it but I’ve made a couple things I’m very proud of. The only thing is I’ve always struggled with the magic circle, because whenever I pulled the tail to close, it would never fully close and/or it would tighten ALL the stitches are too much for me to work. I watched SO many videos and no matter what I did it was always the same. This is the only one that worked beautifully. I’ve literally just finished making only the magic circle and I pulled the tail and it closed easily and seamlessly and I’m so so excited. Thank you SO much! Even if I don’t learn anything else, that singular help with the magic circle just changed the game for me. Bless
