I started to crochet when I saw your tutorials, they are so cool and interesting! Thanks for your great work! I think it will be a good idea to make a dragon pattern 🐉 🤔
I know this video is old but I am so proud of myself. I just started crocheting in December, so about 5 months ago. I started with scrunchies, then moved to granny squares and blankets…..stuff that required flat basic stitches basically haha. Amigurumi intimidated the heck out of me. I really want to make my son and nephew Naruto amigurumi figures but I know I’m just not at that level yet and keep putting it off. But tonight I saw this and fell in love. It’s super cute, I happened to have the exact same yarn so I got to work. I couldn’t stop once I started. I even have the safety eyes bc I want to learn so I finally used a pair! I am so proud of how my little friend turned out snd it was all bc of you! Thank you so much for going step by step, real time, just crocheting together not like other tutorials. I know I’m a tight crocheter so my tail got small quick haha to the point I had to switch to a smaller hook bc I just couldn’t even get it half as long as it should’ve been with the other hook. But I think he came out decent. I also didn’t have pipe cleaners but I had just gotten a package today with the little twisty ties like on bread packages. So I took 2 of those and they worked great! Not as strong as pipe cleaners I’m sure but worked in a pinch at 3 am when I’m doing it haha. You have given me the motivation to try more patterns and hopefully get the skills I need to make my son and nephew their presents for Christmas maybe lol thanks so much!
Yes!! So cute! And your tutorial is so detail, I love how even though there may be some repetition on rows you still show it so thank you, it’s beautiful!
Ong! How? I've never followed such a complicated tutorial. I find his videos very difficult to follow and I've made a sweater, 2 summer tops, a few blankets, a scarf, and a few of these animals, so I understand the pattern but I can't see his work to see if I'm on track. Not being able to see the nose until it was completed and then I had to take it apart and start again. I still don't know where I messed up and I know I made my own design for most of the body. The heads are pretty much the same for all of them.
I started crocheting in the summer of 2021 and I'm happy. but you make good patterns and this pattern is great. I like your instructions because they are just different from the others. well thank you
I just found this tutorial!! Im so excited to try this. Will get pipe cleaners tomorrow, then get started. Sitting with my ill Mom. She wants me close always so this will be something to do while sitting and visiting with her. Your seahorse is adorable. Im hoping mine does too😊
I love your seahorse!!!! I just adore seahorses, and I have never seen a pattern for one. Watched the entire video, and now I am going to watch again and try making one!! Thank you sooo much!! I appreciate your video, and hope mine comes out half as adorable as yours.
<a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="2247">37:27</a> (Sorry, for the time marker comment. Love this pattern by the way. It’s hella cute and I’m making myself a baby blue one)
I just made 5 of them and I love them so much. Thank you for taking the time. your explanation is so thorough and you are so patient. Thank you. I don´t have twitter to send you my pictures.
I love this it came out so cute, I didn’t have soft pipe cleaners just tensil ones and I did the fins in different color. Thank you for this video you made it really easy to learn ,it was fun!
Something I had to share....the first one of these I made, I accidentally dropped a stitch while decreasing the the tail at the beginning from 5 to 4 stitches. It actually turned out pretty cool because it looks like the actual "skeletal" look tail on a real seahorse. I would definitely post a pic if possible🙂
Mention stuffing this way before you do it in this video to make it much easier. I did it just before starting the body. then again before starting round 16.
I was looking for a a seahorse pattern everywhere, I'm glad you have this video!!! It is super cute and easy to do. Congratulations and thank you for your videos. I'll use it for my keychains so you'll see my mention in a couple of days lol, do you have Instagram?
Yes! Please tag me using either @club.crochet or #clubcrochet or my personal artist account, @louiesloops! I'm so glad you found this! Thank you so much for the kind comment, I can't wait to see your work!
Thank you so much! What a great video. I am thinking about starting an Etsy Shop, and I was wondering if I could use your super awesome pattern? (Also, is it ok to use other Club Crotchet patterns?)
I can't make the nose. When I connect the chain with the first slit stitch, it doesn't look like the way you do and I can't understand why, because you used a yarn too small and it can't be seen well
I cant wait to try this one!! Do you have one of a unicorn?? I got a little girl asking me to make her one after I made the triceratops (first animaguri i ever made!!) and i have no idea how to do it
Hi from Scotland! I love your amigurumi patterns, especially all the Goblinoids. I was just wodering what would be a good alternative for the Lily Sugar n Cream yarn you use? I was wondering about using Rico Creative Cotton (aran), or Sheepjes Cahlista (aran). What other brands do you like using? Kind regards.
There is NO free pattern for the stand! Not even after becoming a member, AS PROMOTED. Not made it yet, I like the look of design, much better than most, thankful it's free.
Hello, I'm selling handmade key holders in Korea Your doll is so cute that I'd like to make it a key holder and sell it. But it's not my design, so I need your permission. Can I use this design?

I'm wondering if you crochet a penguin! A few people on my Instagram want me to make a penguin. And learning from you is so easy love the seahorse btw! 🐧🤗🤔😄
Amazing tutorials, thanks a lot! For increasing the size without changing yarn, would you recommand doubling the yarn (and hence the crochet size) or changing the pattern and doubling the number of rows and knots (following this method : ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-wVqyvBdpvhA.html)
