thank you for including solid measurements! I didn't have 3 weight yarn so I used 4 weight and a bigger hook size but thanks to your measurements it still came out perfect!

A few tips for those who will crochet this hat: 1. I used a 100 gr-235 meter ball of yarn and only 10 meters of yarn was left over from the whole yarn. Therefore, a ball of 220-230 meters will be sufficient. 2. But I crocheted the last band part with 8 rows. I used number 4 crochet hook in the first two rows and number 3 crochet hook in the last 6 rows. If you crochet the band part in 4-5 rows, that last row of puff stitching will look full of holes and look bad. However, when that band part was long, the hat turned out great. It was 3.5 cm, nearly 1,5 inches. 3. I have crocheted a few of this hat, and it looks very nice when it's crocheted in two different colors, change colors in each row. 4. Don't start with a magic ring. Use this 5-stitch circle.
