This is my first stitch for the baby block. My granddaughter is 6 months old! I assume that I chain 17 but what is the exact size of the square? And how many rows in total do I crochet. I wish you would put this info right on your tutorial. These stitches are new to me!

Hi, the written pattern is on the blog post here www.windingroadcrochet.com/mini-berry-stitch-video-tutorial/ . This stitch is used for several projects of mine so I did not want to limit the video to just one project. There will always be a written pattern available on the blog and a link to it in the description box. For the Sensory Book you will want to make the medium size sample swatch or 8 inch sample swatch. The small sample size is used for the Sensory Block and the Large sample size is used for the Sensory Blanket.
