Base row you need to go through both loops for a good foundation. You will find that it gives a better finish with tension way too loose and loopy. Tension is very Important for a good result.

I just finished this shawl. It came out beautiful. I then made a row on the straight end of the shawl to match the scalloped like edge on the finished side. Just match it up and it works. Looks great!

You explai very well and it is easy and beautiful even though i.learnt chroche from adult centre in us.ifeel if you can print the paturn.on wraper .of the bundle of the yarn we will find it easier to foffow it Shawl is beautiful.ieven though I stay in .india.i knit or chrche and.send it to my kids .thank you very much.
