The dc 2 together method looks much neater than doing just dc chain 1 dc! The V is much neater and clearer. Thank you!!

I like this V-stitch, the chain stitch makes it neater. Now I wonder, how would you make an upsidedown V-stitch? I have a project in mind and I think it would look so cool to have the V-stitches facing each other, "framing" or "pointing" what's in between.

Thank you for this tutorial! I was wondering if you could tell me about the white/multi-color yarn you're using in your triple crochet project? The one right in the middle of the screen at the 39 second mark. It's beautiful, and I'd like to find some to use.

Hello! That yarn was from my scrap yarn basket. I still have some of it but unfortunately not the wrapper so that I could check the name. I remember I bought in a sale in Tarto, Estonia, about 10 years ago! It's a weird kind of yarn. There is a white cord type of thing inside it and then all those colours wrapped round the core. It's actually very hard yarn so I have only used small bits of it in various colourful projects.

I would really like to do this v stitch in a square blanket starting from the centre. Advice on how to get started would be very welcome. I don't like the dc-ch-dc v stitches. This one is much neater.

I haven't done this in the round, would need to decide the best way to do the corners so they would look ok with the rest of the stitches yet keep the stitch count correct. Maybe in the new year I will try that!

Just write it down from the video, then you'll have it. She's not really giving a pattern, just teaching a stitch.

That is a video I could do one day, what I do in decreasing is inserting the hook twice in a row into the previous row instead of continuing the normal way the stitch goes. Increasing not skipping stitches, just adding them directly into the next stitch. A bit hard to explain without a photo or video!

I really like the way you've done your v stitch but can you pls what is the multiple of this pattern 3 plus 5 ? I can't seem to get it right with the final dc and would really appreciate it if anyone here can tell me. I've tried other versions and they all have different number of chains with a multiple of 3 plus 4 and only yours goes into the 5th chain. Thank you

The captions can be changed larger in the settings. I don't think I have written explanations anywhere, I do so little written instructions. Hope you can work it out!

Wendy Berry. I, too, am having problems picking up this stitch. For some reason the rhythm of the stitch seems awkward for me. Like you...perhaps written instructions would help.

Hi, you can change the size of the captions by clicking on the wheel thingy next to the CC then click on the English then select options and select font size where you can enlarge it for your comfort. Hope this helps.

Does the automatic translation not work? First English subtitles, then search Spanish in the settings. It would not be possible to make actual translations, my videos are watched in over 100 counties 😊

You can first put on the CC or English subtitles and then go to settings and set automatic translation into Italian. Those are not perfect but give you the main idea.
