Starting to crochet again. Will be making a prayer shawl for my church and this looks like an excellent shawl to start again. Your demo very easy to follow.
tamara thank you for the lessons may i make a suggestion? Please use a regular crochet hook. the furrows are beautiful but with all the extra action to make a stitch it get confusing
I’m really getting into making asymmetrical shawls. Yours is so pretty I’ve seen different yarn choices on Ravelry and I think I have some perfect yarn from my LYS. I also love edging it gives the shawl finished look some of my asymmetrical shawls tend to curl a bit depending on yarn so an edging would probably work. I also love your instructional videos on how to do stitches I was afraid to dc2tog etc.. until I watched the video 😊
Love the shawl. Took a while to make but i did it. I need to ask though how to actually wear it cause I have no imagination what so ever. Thanks again.
J Clarke ok I understand I had questions about it not sure if I'm doing it right I can't tell by the pictures because there not a picture of the shawl stretched out but thank you and good luck on it
This yarn is pretty much only sold online, direct from LionBrand.com. Vanna's Style, Color Waves, Ice Cream, and Modern Baby would all be good substitutes. There's also more yarn info on the pattern. :)
