Mangoes go on sale near me roughly twice a year. Every time they do I buy 10 or so to make mango jam (very low sugar version) mangoes have a lot of their own pectin so sets up great. I cut mine like your first one. Except I cut the skin off the pit then use a spoon to shear off the meat over my pan. So many yummy juices there. I leave my whole fruits in a big paper bag for a few days cuz mangoes here are rarely ripe when you buy them.
I cut off each cheek and then push it up against the glass to separate the skin. When I worked at a juice bar I'd use the edge of the blender, then then the other side of the skin that's left on the pit part you can just peel off and eat right off of it
mangos in Egypt are better than any wife any friend any girlfriend any boyfriend if I can marry one of these Egyptian mangos I'll do it and the skin is edible too😍😍🇪🇬
be careful with the really soft ones because there’s the risk of being overripe get a firmer one if ur not ina rush for it to be ripe always looks for red and yellow colour spots means it got lots of sun and will be sweet
Nooo, the end is horrible. Either just eat the cubes straight off the skin, or if you need them in a dish, scoop them out with a spoon, like you would with an avocado! Don't do it like in the video lmao.
