I’ve been cutting my bottom round wrong. Its always a little tuff but still very tasty. Awesome cutting. I’ll be using my slicer to get cuts like that. 😂
Just got into doing my own butchering as a Hobbie. I've watched a ton of your guy's content. It's helped a lot along side my uncle whose a butcher by trade. Love your content
Thank you so much! I’ve watched. I don’t know how many videos no one talked about the green and that’s the one thing I wanted to know how to cut. And your knives are amazing! That’s my next investment.😆🙏🙌🏻
I Love this channel. If you want to take it to the next level add a picture of your cut to show us what part of the cow is being cut. It will add another dimension to your videos and make it easier for some of us to visualize exactly what your talking about. Thank you so much for your videos. An absolute pleasure.
I agree. I'm from Australia and we call these cuts by different names, so it could be confusing for most people watching from here. Love the content though 👌
Have you tried making Biltong yet? Same as jerky but the South African version way better in my opinion (yes I have tried jerky worked in the states for a year and had to try it.) try it and make a video I would appreciate it 😊
I season the brisket fat with the same spices then bake to render. I pour off the grease and add water and onion and bake again. I remove fat tissue and what is left is awesome "French onion" soup. Spoon over dry bread and place provolone cheese and brown a little under broiler. It's a great byproduct of making jerky...I love it here in Pennsylvania USA.
What a beautiful cut that knife, a very good meat, but looking at it closely I think I would have already cut 2 or 3 fingers with that knife, thank you for sharing very good video
Those slices are very big even though they’ll dehydrate I think. Not an issue but if you want shorter pieces cut with the grain and then against for your final cut yeah?
Who needs a meat slicer when you have knife skills. I used to hate cleaning the meat slicer so I started using a knife to slice our meat. I had a few complaints at first but eventually they couldn’t even tell.
