Just a quick video detailing how my brother and I cut existing tile to create a straight edge for my wood flooring install. Hope this helps! Music by RYAN STEWARD / mmiam
THANK YOU for capturing and sharing this video. I was unsure if that would work. I have a 6’ piece I need removed, and I am DIY’r thank God. Well done Sir!! 👏🏼👏🏼🫡
I think you just saved me a world of pain...tile installers installed tile too tight to my fireplace glass and now I can't open or service it. I think this just might do the trick.
Same here but the tile is preventing the main bedroom bathroom door to fully close... and ive been avoiding the fix because of the dust... Thanks for sharing. I might give it a shot
Where did you get the cutting wheel homedepot and Menards only seem to have wheels for the dremel called ultra saw and the wheels are bigger won’t fit on the demel saw max 😓😮💨
The machine looks similar to an angle grinder. I need to cut the sides of two tiles in between laid tiles. Would an angle grinder with a tile cutting disc attached, do the job?
Yeah It was pretty easy. I think I used an old chizel. But you could probably use a flat head screwdriver, or some kind of flat pry bar if you have one. Lightly tap it with a hammer if you have to. Thanks for watching!
Probably aesthetics. A lot of newer transaction is to not use a transition strip. That being said, I would have taken a 3 or 4 inch rip cut plank and transitioned perpendicular between the transition
