weaving is a pattern so the drill should be a roll and a bob. and the pattern of those two things is a weave. weaving is more then one movement its 3 or more. at least thats what the literal meaning is. I always said in boxing look at him weave back and forth its the mixture of movements that make it a weave.
Could this technique work also to cut the distance with the jab? Because in the video you throw the right hand.....but if you throw the jab?? Is it the same?
What is the general strategy for the taller fighter if theres a signigicant height difference? Like a 6'er against someone 5'5"? Is it usually the case the taller fighter will avoid an inside game altogether, in favor of head hunting??
Not complete head hunting. Jabs to the body and long hooks to the body from a distance. No inside fighting though. Watch Wladimir Klitschko probably the best in history and just keeping the fight at his distance and tying up and warding off and using head control with his lead hand to avoid an inside fight.
