Muntjac Haunch Steaks. The muntjac maybe one of the smallest deer in the UK and certainly one of the most prolific but, pound for pound, it really is one of the tastiest.
With it being an invasive Species it has no season neaning they can be stalked all year round. Its a win win. Enjoy...

We raise our own lamb and sometimes slaughter early. I like to watch these muntjac videos for a reference on them. Works better than trying to butcher them like a full size lamb.
