Just wanted to say thank you for the easy to understand tutorials! I used to just ask my mom when I needed help making a project with my cricut, but she unexpectedly passed away last year and of course all of the questions I asked were over the phone and not in writing. Anyway, your tutorials are the ones I’ve turned to since then since you’re so thorough and you break it all down so well. So just, thank you. You don’t know how much I appreciate it! ❤️
I have always been a crafter, I love everything about creating art with different materials and methods, so I decided to invest and bought my first Cricut machine 3 months ago, with that I spent few hundred $$$ more and got all the necessary tools and materials… long story short, it wasn’t easy as I thought it would be, all my tools and machine was sitting on my desk for few weeks and I had no idea what to do with it, not only that, I was also so disappointed and sad! I started searching YT to find some kind of tutorial videos on how to use my Cricut, of course there is tons of videos … and then finally I found who I was looking for…!! Jennifer you’re amazing!! I love your videos and how you explain every detail with your calming voice! I just want to say THANK YOU!! I’m sure every newbie in Cricut world loves you just like me. Stay happy and healthy and keep smiling…🫶🏼🫶🏼😘😘
Watched this at 12:30am because I cannot sleep and this is the most informative video I have ever watched. I also stayed intrigued the entire time and didnt skip the video.. Now I am ready to add vinyl to my car windows tomorrow morning!!!
THANK YOU for being so detailed without giving us unnecessary information. This is the first video of over 15, that I have received answers to questions I had. Also very easy to listen to and watch with the way you do it. Thank you!!!! :)
Although it's been a year since Jennifer posted this video, I found it extremely helpful to making vinyl to put on a surfboard. It was my very first time and actually went perfectly the first time out. Thank you, Jennifer for making such wonderful, easy to understand videos!!
This was just what I needed. You explained using the 2 different vinyls for easy understanding. I can't thank you enough for this. I have had my cricut maker for 2 years and have never really used it. Thank you 😊
I am pretty new at this and am planning on making a 10x10 sign for a gift. I was worried about how I was going to apply the design onto the surface with the transfer tape accurately. The hinge method is genius! This was truly a great video with helpful information!
I am a newbie and I must say I feel armed with information from this video. You explained the differences so well. I enjoyed your presentation. Thanks 👍🏾.
Recently subscribed! Thank you for sharing your tips and just being awesome! I have a Cricut explore 3 still in the box. Watching your videos and the way you explain things is motivation to get started! Looking forward to watching more.
Jennifer, can you apply the Iron on Vinyl with an ordinary Iron? if so I assume the iron will need to be covered to save the vinyl from sticking to iron? Thank you again for a very informative video, and for explaining everything so very clearly and showing all the steps in order. I can't wait to try these out. x
Hello Jennifer! I love your videos and have been watching them since day 1 of getting my Cricut Maker 3. You have been sooo helpful and informative! I have a question for you. I made a shirt for my husband using the infusible black ink. It turned out great! But I noticed after about 1 day of him wearing it that the ink started to fade and almost turned into a dark rusty brown color. It's no longer black :( I have no idea what happened or how to avoid that again in the future if I attempt to make another one. Any help or advice would be appreciated!
❓if you want to apply vinyl to an acrylic painted stretched canvas painting which would you use? I know heat affects acrylic paints so do I use permanent? Love ❤️ your videos!!
I still can't do the weeding very well. I have been playing with my new maker for 2 weeks straight, and I have yet to peel one whole picture successfully. I even set the custom setting to more pressure and choose the thicker vinyl and still won't do the trick. So frustrating! For me, no matter how I changed the pressure setting, it makes no difference in peeling or weeding.
Jennifer thank you for all your knowledge and help! I am a newbie and just received my Circuit Joy. I have been following along on your 1st lesson. When I started to use my "Test" sunflower the vinyl loaded to the rollers, the blade went over to the right side of the machine and stayed right there. It never started cutting, and it is still stuck in that position. What did I do wrong and how do I get the place to the center again? Thanks.
An iPad is a good choice. Here are the System Requirements from Cricut. You can find that here: help.cricut.com/hc/en-us/articles/360009556033-System-Requirements-Design-Space
hello, thank you for your video! Have i question , my cricut does not have option which is premium vinyl - permanent glossy, then what should I choose from my option?
could you add normal vinyl to a shirt or cotton by using heat because i've been doing it that way and they stick but they don't stick for the long and when i use iron on vinyl on a shirt it melts.
Sorry to bother you I think this the last, I saw the Android s devices comparable with Cricut Maker and it said galaxy Tab A, so this means that Galaxy Tab A9 would be okay? My budget is not so friendly right now I just want to start. I do have my cell Galaxy S23 and downloaded the design space but just wanted no t use my phone too much. Thank you for your patience.
I would take a look at the System Requirements from Cricut. You can find that here: help.cricut.com/hc/en-us/articles/360009556033-System-Requirements-Design-Space
@@JenniferMaker hi, here I am again....i have looked everywhere..but i can´t find it...looked by the number of the proyct..search and search but no results...
You do not have to apply anything over permanent vinyl. Here is another tutorial using permanent vinyl. Hand wash it to last longer. jennifermaker.com/how-to-layer-vinyl-on-cricut/
Jennifer, HELP , I just got an epson ecotank et2850. The salesperson insist that the ink in it is for sublimation. It is numbered 502. Please let me know what the true story is. Thank you

Okay I did my first project and it cut the vinyl and the paper so when I tried pulling the paper away it stuck to the back of letter I wanted letter. What did I do wrong
Stuck to the back of the letter? I am not sure I understand what you are asking. You can ask in the group and post pictures for help. facebook.com/groups/cricutcraftersandmakers/
has anyone used marble pattern tie dye htv heat transfer vinyl in their cricut maker 3 machine. I tried 3 times to cut a design and it doesn't work. looking for some suggestions on how to get it to cut correctly. I tried both print side up and print side down and still doesn't cut. don't know what setting to put it on in the computer as there is no htv vinyl option.
@@JenniferMaker For this htv heat transfer vinyl What my question is on the computer? When you go to do your cutting it. Ask you what kind a material that you have. There is no option for this so I was wondering what options should I select. Could you please advise thank you.
