It is absolutely ridiculous! Cambly takes all the money, pays you less than 2 USD for no shows. This is absolutely ridiculous. I left because of that.

I like this idea, except I'm going with a 2 strike policy since I do Cambly Kids. If they stand me up 2 times, that's it, done! I know some CK teachers with a one strike policy! So I give them one benefit of the doubt. I personally feel 2 times in a row is disrespectful at that point and I already set the boundary with a reminder after the first no show.
