Hi Attorney Matt Law, I received a citation stating I failed right away. It's not true. Is this something I could defend based on my car accident from Aug 2018?

I would think that a citation from 2018 would have been resolved by now. If your citation is still open, then you should defend yourself, or hire an attorney to represent you if you don't think you violated someone's right of way.
