How To Deal With Regret

This is such a beautiful message and came right at the time I was regretting doing a MSBA and graduating in a tough economic environment.

Ah, finally heard the topic of coping mechanisms - drugs, alcohol, and how they can interfere in pursuing a fulfilling life as a male (dare I say human too). Appreciate you sharing your story so much. As a wife in a long term relationship there is much wisdom and knowledge I am gaining from your videos. None of us should regret what we have not done. And hearing that it is better to regret things we have done is reassuring. Life is a process of discovery.

Coming across this video 8 months after it was posted. As someone who has a lot of regrets about my relationship that just ended, your advice helps a lot and I really appreciate it. Thank you for your advice and helping those in need.

You describe regret of of things one did. Then proceed to do a video on regrets of things people don’t do. 🤷‍♂️
