Hi Dr. Nice video and well illustrated. Can you please recommend few mild and doable exercises for patients having onset Parkinson and dystonia. Having tremors, weakening on fine motor skills, wasting of hand muscles, loss of dexterity and fatigueness. Would highly appreciate it. Thank you
@@mohsinsheikh1961 Thanks for the suggestion, I don't have any videos specific to that (yet). I hope you've been working with a local doctor that is giving you exercises or physical therapy.
I can't tell you how much the middle of the night stretch has saved my life. I have been suffering from severe pain in my upper back for over a year. I've been to several chiropractors and have gotten minimal to no relief. I have been doing that stretch multiple times a day and my pain has disappeared. The first couple times I did it, it was like a machine gun going off. Now only ever 1 or 2 slight pops. THANK YOU!
@@DrRowe made sure I used what I have gotten from this video plus what my physical therapist helped me with for my hyper mobility in my spine and its great. Even started working out again and I've had a two day streak of work without back pain.
Dear Doctor Rowe, I am in Australia and found your RU-vid about 2 years ago, for which I'm so glad and grateful. Ever since, I've tried quite a few of yours, all worked for me! (Except the one for tinnitus). Waking up this morning, I had an acute upper back pain, especially on the right side. So,.I just searched yours and found this one. I followed a few movements, the acute pain was gone! Only a bit mild pain. Remembering that one for the right arm pain (which I followed and worked!), I applied Australia Tea Tree oil to that affected area, asked my husband to use a spoon to scratch it. The moment he said my skin has turned very red, I know it's working! Sure enough, by this afternoon, the pain has completely gone! Only a bit minor uncomfortable. I can't thank you enough and want to let you know that many of your videos 2 or 3 years old,. still work for me. And it's very easy to find the one I need. I dared to recommend your videos to my relatives and friends, because you have included your details at beginning of each video. A heartfelt big thank you ❤
I have dealing with my back pain below on my shoulder blade for 3 years. After the sheet stretch it doesnt hurt anymore, ON GOD! thank you so much. You just gained a new subscriber 🙏💯
This has given me massive relief after 1.5 years of pain. Mri showed a small Theoratic disk bulge after a blow to my back from behind when I was sitting and facing the opposite way and has no idea so didn’t brace etc. Spine specialist is convince all my upper pain in between shoulder blades and radiating all around the left side of ribs is not connected to the bulge. After seeing a thoracic bulge video on you tube one of the comments mentioned spinal decompression and so I googled exercises and it led me here! I can’t believe that nhs professionals here in uk seem unaware of these exercises and have not much knowledge of thoracic spine. Thank you I will continue and I hope eventually for full recovery.
Man. You are a legend I’ve been feeling pain on my upper back. I felt like it needed a decompression. I followed your instructions and the pain went away completely. I am really shocked on how this really helped. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Thanks so much for the video. You saved my life last night. These stretches instantly relieved like 80% of the debilitating tightness right away and sleep removed the last bit of it. It came out of nowhere by the way.
I had a terrible chest pain in the right side of my chest since early August of 2020. I watched your video on how to pop your chest and I feel so much better. Pain went from super noticeable to not noticeable at all, like it took my breath away because of how much better I feel. About 9 months of having the chest pain and it being noticeable everyday, now its gone and hopefully it stays that way. Thanks so much!
Important for those reading to never ignore chest pain for that long. It could be a sign of something serious. No one should be in pain that long ever . Go see a doctor if it's chest pain and not back pain cuz u could be ignoring a serious health issue that could worsen past point of remedies if left unfixed that long. .
Thank you so much have been experiencing Upper back pain for two months. Have tried different exercises with no immediate relief. After doing two of your exercises have felt immediate relief. Will be doing them often. I thank you so so much
I'm a 40 year old Mover. Your suggestions are great. I use them between my weekly visits to my chiropractor. I'm grateful, and still standing straight.
I would like to thank You very much for Your work. I was going threw hell with my shoulder blades pain and after few days of this exercises, I can finally feel like a healthy person. Once again, thank You and I wish You best of luck.
I was experiencing pretty bad upper back pain about 5 minutes ago. Tried this stretch and it helped a lot! Dropped my pain from like 8 to a 3. You are awesome!!!!!!
THIS JUST WORKED AND SAVED ME FROM SO MUCH PAIN!!! My back was horribly pinched between my shoulder blades and the door technique worked so quickly for me. Thank you so much I owe you.
Excellent content! 👏🏼 Working at home constantly on the computer has really taken a toll on my back this past year. Thank you for your detailed instructions, following your exercises has been life changing for me. Blessings.
You sir, are the kindest chiropractor there is, sharing knowledge to self apply these techniques! Very clear instructions, very easy to perform! Today I woke up and was amazed that my right shoulder finally feels almost painless! I am following your instructions for a few days now and am relieved from the pulling forces on the chest-muscles that the rib was causing. Also did the front pose stuff to release tension from chest, back, shoulders, neck and back muscles Did also massage the muscles a bit to relax even more, the side of my chest was the most sensitive part b.t.w!! But never felt it before! Today I give my muscles some rest and doing another 1.5 hour session tomorrow to stretch and improve stability and strength! I planned to keep doing this for a few months, with some rest days in between. I've been walking around for years with build up stress and tension in the muscles all over my body! Had some psychological support for coping with pain and treatment for three hernia's between neck, shoulders and lower back. Because of the hernia's the muscles in my whole body, never wanted to be in a resting position, but kept in a forced tension to keep the spine joints very tight together, even after the hernia's were gone the problems with the muscles still existed. And now finally I can feel releave and the muscles are becoming in a more relaxed state, just as my mind! I can set my intention to the tensed muscle during a session and "tell" it to go back in it's relaxed position! It takes some time, sometimes with muscle twitches and small cramps, but it's controllable! I'm glad I already walked the path of being more connected with the body by mind, I'm doing Wim Hof's breathing technique to regain and improve that connection. This really helps in controlling and connecting with the muscles in my body! I wanna thank you very, very, very, much!! You sir, are a hero to me!!!
I threw my back out over a month ago and am still having horrible lower back spasms, along with that i now have horrible spasms in my neck and shoulders that started a week after throwing my back out. Can't wait to try this to see i can get some relief in my neck and shoulders. Thank you for sharing!!
Thank you so much for showing up in my life when it was so so needed. This felt really really good thank you so very much for another wonderfully effective video. ❤
Oh man! I just did the seond method, but with a rolled blanket so it can be easier on my back, I haven't felt relief like this in a fairly long time, I'll do it with a can later when my back soreness pass a little bit more Thank you, this really improved my life quality!
Wow so glad I found your channel. You explain every movement in detail which is great and you do it slowly. My upper back was out all weekend and finally went and got the foam roller and the chair. The roller worked amazing! Still working on the chair move! Thank you 🙏!!
Thank you so much for this info. I usually have to go to the chiropractor when my upper back is locked up. This is so easy to do on my own. Thanks again.
Very good suggestions, as always. I appreciate how simple and clear your instruction are, and how you fully demonstrate proper technique. I share your videos with friends. ps - love the "wolfman" hair.
Awesome moves...I typically use a foam roller for my mid/upper back, but I like the idea of a wide soup can (I have a vegan barley one...your comment made me laugh!) for even more of a stretch. I will try using a yoga strap instead of a sheet or towel for the traction moves. Looking great, Dr. Rowe!
I've been having stomach aches. Even been to ER and had CAT Scan. Nothing was found. Recently, I noticed that my back always hurt when my stomach hurt. I have found that chiropractic adjustments and massage will take away stomach pain. I'm fairly sure I have a pinched nerve. These exercises seem to help, especially the soup can one
thanks so much for these exercises, I will try these today! Do you have any idea what might cause this pain? I’ve had it for 4 months now on left side, also get all over stiffness in my upper back which sorta feels like ive fallen on my back, as well as short sharp chest pain on the same side which is usually quick and goes away. doctor doesn’t suspect anything wrong with my heart.
