I love the Scandinavian minimalist, calming interior. It goes so well with my all-time mood. Thanks for this video, you mentioned all the key points, specially colour, art, furnitures, material. Its so tough to make an Indian rented flat to this theme, but I am sure I can do it.

Hello there Suzie. Great video. I too have a scandi home so love your advice on this, i learnt some additional tips so thank you. Just one question regarding the backing guitar track please......what is the name of that track and where can I find this instrumental? It's beautiful :)

My home is painted light cream and has hardwood oak floors throughout except for the bathroom which is completely tiled floor to ceiling. It has large floor to ceiling picture windows, and is decorated in a minimalist style. So my natural decorating style is already unintentionally similar to the Scandinavian style, but I prefer more comfortable furniture than they use.

Grew up in a modern Scandinavian styled home that was painted and lightly decorated in Gustavian colors and fabrics, so "modernized Gustavian"? Doesn't have to be monotone whites.
