Great video as always but now there is one more step in the beginning of Manychat when setting up this flow. There is an "Add Trigger" in the beginning of every flow. Do we ignore this? Does anyone know? Thank You!
When I hit the preview button, I keep getting the same reply You already have a coupon code. Even though I deleted the previous chat history. I don't understand. I have followed the steps verbatim.
HI, nice vide but i have one question. how to stop users to get the more than 1 code. currently through this flow one user can get more than once code by clicking on " Coupon code" button.
How long is a user_coupon_id bind to the bot field coupon_id by default? If I want to give the same user a new one time use coupon next month, do I just delete the old flow and create a new one with different coupon codes ?

Yeah that makes sense. Basically your bot remembers that it already gave you the coupon code. What you can do is totally delete the conversation with your bot in Messenger between tests/previews. That should do it.
ManyChat thanks for your response. I have actually applied this Bot to a Facebook Ad and it’s been giving the same message to everyone who clicks on the ad. Like he/she has already gotten the code but they haven’t actually. I’ve checked the Bot and it follows every step on the tutorial. I guess there’s something I’m missing :s
