The talk addresses the subject of user experience design for a target audience comprised of generational diversity. It was based on Melissa doctoral research focused on the UX of users 60+, in which She was able to identify different behaviors and biases, along with the difficulty of interface designers - and experience creators - in providing products and functionalities that can be easily understood and rapid across different generational groups.
