You’re right in calling them dark entities. In a rare moment, my narc mother confessed that it’s so dark inside of her. And that darkness still sucks my blood. But I’m learning to detach, too

Getting a glimmer of my old self back. 60 days no contact! I have not seen that self in so long I thought it was dead/gone forever. This thing is the darkest force I've ever been up against. Felt like I came so close to cracking. God gave me the strength to get out after being chained to this madness for 2 years. 💞

Little by little! I told myself and I told my sister that I would take the “HIGH ROAD” through all of this.... I can’t tell you how many times I found myself on the “LOW ROAD”.... her darkness and unbelievable ability to draw me to that dark world of hers is and was uncanny. THANK YOUUUUUU I am having to learn to take my attention off of him and use all of my energy for myself. The more I focus on myself the better and happier I feel and the less I care about what he does, where he goes, who he's with or when he's coming home 🤷‍♀️. I am slowly moving toward not caring anymore at all. On the one hand I hate that it's coming to this BUT I need to cut my emotional tie to this man for my mental, emotional, and physical health. Initially the stress was causing me to feel physically sick but I'm feeling better and lighter by the day. 🥳 After a while he won't know what to do now that I'm not chasing him anymore. I am becoming indifferent and it feels awesome.

These new energies that is coming in makes it easier to spot and feel when something is not beneficial for us. Narcs. = negative programs ;-)

My ex has had my car hidden for a year and 4 months. He also recently called police on me and said I was having hallucinations and threatening to kill him and myself. They actually took me in in handcuffs based on his word. I was so afraid of what else he would say and if they would hold me against my will. I never knew people like him existed. So awful that I'm now on medication.

Currently pregnant and the father is a textbook narcissist. I was getting so stressed trying to get him to change, I had a genuine fear of miscarrying from constantly being sick and depressed. Took it upon myself to take the space and take that time and distance. Finally did my research so I can understand how to cope and now manage with a narcissist when it comes to coparenting. I’m doing my best and this video helped reassure me what I’m doing is right and this will pay off. Thank you!

Melanie, I do believe that you were the very first coach that got in touch with me. Three yaars, almost to the day. I thank you, more than I could possibly say, because of you, how far I have come. I left my family, a year ago, at Easter, which is April. The narc was left & no, contact, one day before Mother's Day. I found out the property manager of our apt. complex is a narcissist & extremely dangerous. Attempted murder, by arson & black smoke, which is called a widow maker, it kills.. Didn't work. Had a heart attack, but my heart is strong. Once I recovered, from the heart attack, it showed no damage. While I was in the hospital, there was attempted arson. The maintenance man tried to blame me. The PM claimed fire damaged to the tune of nearly $8,000 for damage that didn't happen & my microwave. The insurance will not listen. I was told I needed a criminal lawyer & I am looking into that right now. I'm suing her for all my health care because of her abuse!!

I’m living in fear my Marc got me arrested on false charges. She was on a alcoholic binge after Getting out of rehab I confronted her and she called the cops. The judge told me no contact and she has been texting me a few times since Friday. I am living in fear she may go on another binge and drop a dime again from wherever is. I’m in fear!

How to detach from any interaction ande concerns about them. How to truly NOT CARE. (helping them or you, revenge, Justice...hate.) How do we get to a place of indifference?

I am in need of some guidance. My mother displays many many narcissistic traits and is ruining me. My family and I have been trying to be distant. The problem is, my mom is living out of a hotel and has a low income job. She is trying to get a place but can't bc of money, and that does make me feel bad. She has ruined mine and my brothers credit, using my bank card bc she can't open one, never pays me back when I put her on my insurance or spot her money(same w my brother).... but why do I still feel guilty? A family member sent another check to my dad and her and she made me hold on to it bc she claimed" i cant use this i cant take this from them" but lowkey she is money hungry and that's all she wants is his money. So i took it upon myself to send it back (it was in my possesion) and this family member understands why(dads family). She wont stop messaging and calling, she is too toxic for anybody around her. She is so nasty and mean to me... but then says she misses me...and keeps asking for a reason why I'm not talking to her. I wrote a novel, but I feel like I'm gonna waste my energy if I send it to her. The past year my little brother has lived with me in my own place and now my dad is because he is mentallydecliningwhile in her presence. We have no idea how to go about this situation, because while we want to go no contact. We cant watch her become homeless... if she is in a stable environment then I would feel better about breaking all contact. I love her so much, but I love myself more to remove myself. Sos I'm confused and lost. Light and love to all❤

I have complex-PTSD, had my husband that abused me physically and with him being a bi-polar narcissist his daughter left home at 16. I know she had been abused so I kept trying to help her, not realizing that she is a sociopathy and hears things when no ones around, and I foolishly kept trying to help her. My Son keep telling me for years that she was using me, but I felt the need to help her cause she's my daughter. She has 3 children, 2 by different guys and one that she decided to marry had another child. I'm 65 now. 2 years ago I realized, finally, after having the two oldest Grandkids over and they would beg me to stay at my apartment over night. Then they would show me things that they should have told a mother. The oldest boy showed me his penis that I don't know what happened but it looked horrible, and my Granddaughter showed me a terrible rash all over her private parts. My granddaughter started taking baths over here, I loved taking baths when I was little so I let her start taking baths over here and she wanted bubbles, so I would by the ones for gentle skin and then I had to show her how to rinse off and correctly rinse down there. Well my daughter decided she didn't want me to see my grandkids anymore. So I started sending birthday cards. When my oldest grandson who would go visit his dad, I would call over there to talk to him, like is this a good birthday gift for you. he would say that sounds great, so I would have it delivered to his house. The youngest grandchild the in-laws took every weekend, so I never really got to know him, but my oldest grandson I asked what would your brother like for his birthday, he told me and I had it delivered to there house. just before my Granddaughters birthday, my daughter texted me and said leave my kids alone, I'll be over there to talk to you tomorrow. I texted back fine I'll leave your kids alone but don't come her because I'll call the police. since then I have realized that she was always lying to me. I got In touch with my grandsons father, I apologized to him and said I wish I could back and apologize to each of her old boyfriends for not believing them and I wanted to fight for my Grandparents rights. He told me that his son really would like to live with him and my Grandson told me that too. And also that the presents I sent she would say they were from her. He told me he would help me if I would help him get his son. I've been through a lot of illnesses and I want to see and touch my grandson and granddaughter so much. I am very afraid of even seeing her again, and I hate myself for not believing my Son all those years ago. Melanie do you have a video to recommend how I can do what I want to do?

Im sad I been trying to find out how and what is a healthy relashionship because of this stuff and then i find most the girl advice channels are about being abusive to get love or money from a man and they all saying its fine and then i find out ... If you consistently lead with manipulation and intimidation tactics in your relationship, then you are definitely abusive. Relationships should be about love and respect, two things that should never involve you manipulating and intimidating your partner.
