How to develop your intuition + tap into your inner wisdom 

This is what I have discovered from my own experience. Intuition is like an advanced form of thinking which happens in the part of your mind which you are not conscious of. It produces the first unforced answer that comes to mind in situations. If you meditate you get used to relaxing, through this relaxation your intuition can do it's work. It makes assessments using a wider array of information than your conscious mind can use. Your intuition works with the information that you have stored inside you. It works with facts. If you have facts stored inside of you which are not true your intuition is working with errors. If you clean your mind from things that are not true your intuition will get cleaner. From the moment you can remember the world has been convincing you of things, a lot of these things are not true. Because someone admirable tells you 2+2=5 doesn't make it true. Someone convincing you of something does NOT make it true. By challenging beliefs and finding out what is true you will get cleaned up. Try to investigate what belief really is and find proof of what is true. Belief is by definition something you take as truth without there being proof for it. If you believe you see the truth of a situation but someone else sees something else then what is true? There is only one thing going on there. If you are convinced that 2+2=5 because someone you admire tells you so, it still isn't true, but your intuition will work with it nonetheless. If are convinced the earth is flat and you will fall off at some point it will limit exploration. This causes problems, but it can change by finding things that prove otherwise.

I know that the 110 yr old me would share...she would wink at me, tell me to come here...then I would get the most loving, warm, and beautiful hug. No words exchanged, just the energy and love that I always desired and wished for...and only I could truly give to myself...because who else would know?

My 110 year old advice to myself, at the age of 45: 1. Don't be afraid to try new things. Living in fear stops you. Explore. 2. Make the mistakes and learn from them and move on quickly. Don't stay stuck in the mistakes. 3. Love as many people as you can, so they can love you back 4. You have been blessed, say "thank you" 5. Stop paying attention to the negative things people say and do. Pay attention to the positive things. 6. Your children want their children to know you. 7. Don't worry so much, it will all be okay. You are taken care of.

Your vid is inspiring, thanks! After 4 vids by this Tal Ben Sharar I am tired, bored and sour to have lost much good day time, (maybe because of his interviewers and the interview method (instead of free , solo talks)), to a large extent. Should have stuck with this yours, and then gone up/out and DONE it! To the point, simple, energetic + peace. I knew it, have practised similarly at times, but lost my energy, hope and focus during decades of massive complex stress, increasing hardships and disease. A good reminder!

Geez ill be a bit on the nose by the time I'm 110....I was born blue, died before I lived. Never feared death, not once ever, have some serious intuition. Figured out I had anger problems because I was not trusting it when I was about 22-23....been a pretty awesome and relaxed time since then!!!

Here's how to access your intuition.:Look at many pictures of this person you want to know and understand.Write down your first impression of the person in these pictures on the edges of the pictures.Write down what first hits your subconscious mind about the person in these pictures when you look at the pictures.THAT'S your intuition.Also if possible listen to a recording of this person speaking.Write down how you feel about this person in your subconscious when you hear them speak.

I have always done the board of advisors (I learnt about that years ago). I use real people & fictional characters that embody traits that I would like to develop in myself.

My 100 year old self told me to follow my heart. My board of advisors told me to gtfo and i told my daughter that she made a mistake and she cant fixit now its up to the universe.... These answers all conflicted eachother no wonder im so confused 😥

Hi George, I am interested in your work in the housing facility with folks with substance abuse issues. This is something close to my heart recently and I'm so very interested in what something of this nature takes to do. I'm in Canada, and I've dealt with substance abuse issues myself 15 years ago and the treatment I received was horrendously basic. I feel so passionate about how things could actually be done, and wonder why no one has yet!! Anyway, if you can give me any info, I'd be grateful

Tell my son to drop out of school after 6th grade develope a trade. Start his own business when he's 18 and use the money he saved from when he was 12 to 18 to buy a house and some land. Grow food and do air bnb because the apocalypse is coming and real security is in land self sufficiency
