Follow these steps to learn how to diffuse curly hair for volume:
Use the hover diffusing technique.
Use the dryer on the highest heat, and highest airflow.
Try not to touch the hair during the diffusing process to reduce frizz.
Tip your head to allow you to hover diffuse the roots underneath.
Repeat on the other side of the head.
Once the roots are dry, use the pixie diffusing method to encourage tighter curls and create more volume. Use the diffuser on the medium heat and medium airflow for this.
Flip your hair upside down to dry the front and create maximum volume.
