I have a question I just installed w11,and it shows me 3 w11 to choose. Does that mean i have more than one operating system on my computer ? If it's true, how should I remove the 2 and keep only one as main os?

You may try to boot to the system using the Operating system which you may need to keep and then delete the other Operating system entries from msconfig. Try to perform the steps provided. a. Click Start and select “Run”. b. Type “msconfig”. c. Select the boot under System Configuration. d. Then select the operating system which you need to delete and select delete. e. Select “Apply” and “ok”. make sure to keep the current one and not delete

One method its remove the hard drive that you already have another installed an operating system , or wipe it , and than use it for archive , but careful you can damage your actual operating system if you don't know what to do another methods: To remove an operating system entry from the startup recovery options, you can follow these steps: Access System Configuration: Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog. Type msconfig and press Enter. In the System Configuration window, go to the "Boot" tab. Here, you will see a list of operating systems. Select the one you want to remove and click "Delete." Click "Apply" and then "OK." Restart your computer to see if the entry has been removed. Edit the Boot Configuration Data (BCD): Open Command Prompt as an administrator. You can do this by searching for "cmd" in the Start menu, right-clicking on "Command Prompt," and selecting "Run as administrator." Type bcdedit and press Enter. This will display the current boot configuration data. Look for the identifier of the operating system you want to remove. It will be listed under "Windows Boot Loader" with an entry like {current} or {default}. To delete the entry, type the following command and press Enter: bcdedit /delete {identifier}. Replace {identifier} with the actual identifier of the OS you want to remove. Example: bcdedit /delete {current} Restart your computer to apply the changes. Check Disk Management: Sometimes, residual partitions might cause issues. Press Windows + X and select "Disk Management." Review the partitions and ensure there are no unwanted or duplicate Windows installations. Be careful not to delete any partitions that are essential for your current OS. Rebuild the BCD: If you're still having issues, you can rebuild the BCD. Boot from a Windows installation media (USB or DVD). Select "Repair your computer" > "Troubleshoot" > "Advanced options" > "Command Prompt." In Command Prompt, type the following commands: bash Copy code bootrec /fixmbr bootrec /fixboot bootrec /scanos bootrec /rebuildbcd Restart your computer and check if the issue is resolved.
