I'm getting rid of my samsung tv because of this. Stupid thing starts up in samsung tv every single time and I have to click like 8 buttons on the remote to get it to HDMI1 every single dam time. Channel list is greyed out on my tv, so I can't delete the cannels or the app or do anything to change it.

TV Plus comes on by default every time I switch on my TV, and I never watch it. Seems to show me different channels randomly, too, which I presume are in some way being promoted? Thank you for sharing this method. It does seem to have worked (so far).

You pick "edit channels", select all channels and then delete all the channels, it stops working then.

Yeah, that is what did it. Edit all the Samsung plus channels, select all and delete. Such a simple thing took months to figure out.

I removed it from the settings so the Samsung Plus icon is not at the bottom strip but it still goes to each Samsung channel in the remote when I click the forward and back buttons. I tried to reset and tried to rescan with the air channels. Nothing helps so far.

This video only increased my frustrtation. I am sure you know how to get rid of samsung tv plus shit. But you did not explain it anything like clearly. I'm returning this piece of shit tv. Why can't I get a fucking tv where I install the apps I want without having all this shit pushed down my throat, like FOx suddenly playing when I am scrolling around the home screen. What absolute fucking crap samsung tvs have become.
