How to Disable Samsung TV Plus | Delete, Remove, Uninstall App to Stop Automatic Playing on Smart TV 

Every time my consoles turns off, it started to play. It was so freaking annoying BECAUSE it was always go to this stupid dating tv show where they just yelled at each other the entire time. Imagine waking up to that

Thank you so much!!! No matter what I did it was accessible to the kids. I tried blocked it, hiding it, password protecting it, and nothing worked. All you had to do was hit the change channel button and it would bypass the password. So frustrating. Thank you.

After re installing this app, restarting the TV helped me recover the app to the smart menu 👍🏼🥳

How do I do this if I've already deleted the app from the home screen? I can't find it anywhere else in the app store

I've done that. It now says no channels but I still have a live channel playing in the background on my tv

I followed the instructions. It shows 0/272 channels. All of them are grayed out including Cheddar News. If you select all, the Restore button shows up, not the delete button. Yet Cheddar News STILL turns on when I turn on my TV. Any other suggestions?

Doesn't work can't find the app. On tv or remote. You talk to fast restarted the video 8 times and still couldn't follow

The Samsung TV app is NOT uninstalled by doing this. It only removes it until you inevitably hit the Samsung TV button, and you will, on your remote and then you have to do this all over again

But you are forgetting to mention which tv you are doing this on. Because it does not work on QN95B. I am about to throw something into the Damn tv i hate Their Samsung live tv app. With basic boring channels starting on startup.

Has anyone had the app reinstall itself automatically? I keep deleting and after a few days, it comes back. Super annoying.
