I loosed the top coupling bolts to pull the motor and the seal stated spraying water when I pulled on the motor? Do I need a new seal or did I do something wrong?
Hi, if you have only loosened the clutch and removed the engine (so if you have not tampered with the shaft seal or the nuts on the pump), then the shaft seal should not be leaking. Maybe you have shaken the pump shaft when you removed the motor? Then you have to change the axle seal. I hope this is of help, otherwise please contact your local service office: gfos.ly/60549QXGO.
Hi! Thanks for reaching out to us and for your interest in our products :) Can you specify a bit what kind of information you need? Otherwise, I can also recommend you to visit our website via this link and filter for CR 20 pumps: gfos.ly/6056PVWSG Here you will be able to see descriptions and variants of each pump model, specifications, spare parts, drawings, documentation and services etc. Let me know if there is anything else I can help you with. Have a great day! Kind regards, Sofie
