I absolutely love this necklace! I have watched the video quickly a few times and will make one of these very soon! I also think your video was prepared much better than most... Did I miss what kind of fabric ? The verbal instructions was to confusing to me ---but the video is great I shut off the sound and could follow easily ; Can you use any fabric? or must it be a thinish one ? Old crafts really do come back I did this in my 20s I am now 70.

Brenda Hunter I wish they would have shown how they got the fabric through the green glass beads without fraying.

Maybe you could apply some 'fray check'' which keeps fabric from fraying on the edges. That has worked great for me. If you aren't familiar with that, its inexpensive & you can find it at any fabric store or WalMart.

Did I miss the part about how to finish off the ends? Do you just use the lace ends like shoelaces and tie them together? Or do you add a clasp of some sort? The video was clear, I stopped trying to read the text instructions after the second frame :)

Really like the concept of the necklace but the language..........were the instructions originally in tagalong? Good grief! Somebody needs to QA this stuff before you release it.

Reading this text reminds one of reading The Jabberwocky by Louis Carroll...except, of course, The Jabberwocky is a positively brilliant use of nonsense language. While the person who wrote this seems to have a grasp of English syntax, he doesn't know what the words mean--or, maybe, this is a joke. Unfortunately, although the idea is odd and possibly interesting, the directions are generally unintelligigle.
