It is not that quick and easy to master a proper back handspring as well. I also don't think you need to learn it for a backflip - focusing on jumping and flipping exercises should do the trick.
@@portugeese True, but it's not as safe as it may seem. You still have to jump a little and bend backwards to do it, and many people don't stretch their back so they fall on their neck
Mistakes people make -Jumping backwards (looks like sitting in a chair) -Not fulling tucking(use arms to hold) -Untucking early(land when you see the ground) - Not jumping straight up -looking back to early(causes lower jump)
I backflipped into hospital got out of hospital then backflipped to the gates of heaven then backflipped back to earth then backflipped back to this video
I did my first backflip in my trampoline it was my first time in my life, it took 1 hour and 30 minutos and im only 10 years old thank you nathearn for the steps.😊
I can tell u that this doesn’t work for most people only people wity little fear and very athletic this is how i learned: I first practiced on a trampoline where i was scared at first but my brother came over and spotted me and i was able to do it i looked up videos to perfect my form and i started to do without an initial bounce, then i started standing on the tarp on the outside above the springs and jumped off onto the trampoline then i knew i was ready and tried on very soft mats and just commit because i knew i could do it since i jumped off of a tarp and landed it so then i did it on mats and landed on my knees a couple times then landed on my feet
