THANK YOU! I truly felt that I could do this pose but I could never hold the full expression. The thumb up tip and horizon gaze "flipped the switch" in my yoga brain and I got it! I'm so thrilled! You are terrific!
See Dhanurasana video. Do the one where the thighs are on the floor. It will help you figure out the kick part without having to balance in a standing position. I hope this helps.
