These engines likes, Mann air filter, Ngk platinum spark plugs, Valvoline Synpower 5w30 oil. Other then these and your performance going to suckk, and the engine is going to burn a lots of oil. 🙂
All Castrol oils are top grade. For all road cars you cannot go wrong with Castrol, have been using this for many decades on rally and very fast road cars.
Car looks nice. There should also be a square sponge you can change in the airbox under the main air filter. Changing the pollen filter too is worthwhile but is a faff. Have to remove the passenger side scuttle panel but also make sure the seal is fine when putting back otherwise water will leak into the footwell.

Looking good, They really are rusty pigs when you're underneath aren't they. Just done the clutch and gearbox on my own which went excellent but 2 days later had a no start due to the spark plug gaps.........FORD- Fix Or Repair Daily is really hard to argue with lately
