Thank you for watching, and I hope you like it. Please, before starting to practice handstand, warm up your wrists, shoulders, and core and make sure you also have safe space. Start by lifting one leg off the ground, keeping your core engaged, and then lifting the second leg, bringing your body into a straight line. For beginners, hold for a few seconds, and as you improve, gradually increase your time and make sure to keep breathing deeply. Come down safely by bending elbows and slowly lowering back into a plank position.
