Hello everyone,
Squat is a very important exercise to increase your lower body strength and strengthens your knees, if you include squats in your lower body routine I am sure that your lower body will become rock hard. But for any exercise proper form is important to acheive 100% results, In this video, I presented how to do a proper squat using bodyweight and Dumbbell.
