Hey guys, Thank you very much for tunning into my channel. Myself, Indu living in Germany, passionate about running who was not able to run 100 m straight before a year, and build up running 30 km without a break in a span of year. Hi ma'am. Thank you for giving such important information with clear explanation. One doubt maam, after doing breathe in and breathe out, should i hold the breathe and do the exercises for 10 counts.. or should I do normal breathing.. please reply ma'am. Thank you in advance
