Today, Ethan is showing us a single arm, kettlebell clean.
This is an excellent full body move that really lights up your core & jacks up your heart rate. But, it's usually done incorrectly.
The goal is to get the kettlebell into "racked" position at the top. The elbow should be drawn in tight to the body and underneath the kb, and your fist should be under your chin.
Imagine a line going down the center of your body, you want to pull the kb through that line, staying close to the body.
Get to practice, and start using this move in your workouts ;)
