We're covering elbows. Again we want to remember this elbows are extremely abrasive, there's very little to break if you hit something or somebody. So what will break is most likely going to be what you hit not what you hit with. However elbows are very very short punches therefore those pivots that we are talking about in punches are going to have to be here as well.
We're starting with a round or horizontal elbow forward. Slow. One! One! One! A little quicker. A little quicker‚ Other hand, slow. One! Two! Three! Increasing a little bit speed. One! Two! Three! Even more‚
Let's talk about an upper cut elbow. Again upper cut elbow is going to run right between his hands and cover, or actually attack the chin. I'm going to drop slightly, turn my shoulder towards target and elevate an elbow directly between his hands. Trying to get him right in the chin, there's a drive that's going to come from my quad muscles in an upward motion as I'm hitting. Slowly. One! Two! Three! Increasing speed‚Increasing it even more. Left, slow. One! Big pivot there! One! Let's increase speed. One! One! One! All out.
